I have two cats Grrr (the black one) and Mothra (the white one). I love them. I am a crazy cat lady who loves food and reading about food.

I am a health/fitness/weightloss blog. But not in the way that most people think. I eat fat. whole milk, egg yolks, chicken skin, chicken drippings, anything my tummy will handle. And guess what? I've lost more weight since starting this mentality then I did when I ate low carb no sugar low fat everything. No joke. ask me how if you are skeptical.
